Résidence Séniors Ovelia Les Jardins d’ Arborescence Angers

In partnership with the interior architecture agency Novaom/Vinci Immobilier Résidences Gérées, Créactive-Paris is especially proud to have outfitted the bathrooms of the Ovelia senior living residence, located in Angers—nicknamed the “greenest city in France.”

This innovative residence, named ARBORESCENCE and built in the shape of a tree, won the Imagine Angers competition thanks to its architecture that blends nature with modernity.

The bathrooms were equipped with accessories from the PURE collection in a chrome finish (robe hook, toilet paper holder, etc.), combining design with functionality.

The project features high-end apartments, ranging from studios to five-room units, located between the 6th and 11th floors. It’s an intergenerational development that also includes a coworking space, a daycare center, a rooftop, and a shared garden—offering an exceptional view over the Maine River and the Angers Cathedral.
